Chelsey Lacelle

 Chelsey Lacelle is a Canadian paranormal investigator, on camera personality, photographer, and television camera operator known for her sensitivity, visual storytelling, and ability to translate spiritual experiences with clarity. 

 Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Chelsey grew up in a deeply spiritual environment where connection to the afterlife was openly acknowledged.

 Her abilities presented early, including clear communication with her late grandfather at a young age, something that shaped her understanding of the unseen from the beginning.  As she got older, those experiences became more difficult to navigate outside of her family environment, and she spent time suppressing her abilities. In her early twenties, she made the decision to fully reconnect with her intuition and develop it with intention. 

That shift marked the beginning of her work as a practicing medium.  

Chelsey’s abilities include:

 • Seeing and communicating with spirits

• Receiving visual impressions

• Physically feeling the emotional and somatic experiences connected to the messages she receives. 

She often acts as a bridge in investigations, interpreting what is being shown or felt and helping translate that into something clear and understandable for both the team and the client.  

Before relocating to Nova Scotia, Chelsey worked as a social worker supporting adults with disabilities. That experience continues to inform her approach today. 

She leads with empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility to both the living and the dead.  

Chelsey is a co- host of Paranormal Discovery and appears as an investigator on Haunted: Heart & Soul. 

She has also been featured on Ghosting and UK: Unexplained Caught on Camera.

 In addition to her on camera work, she is a professional camera operator and photographer, with her work published in magazines worldwide.  

Her technical background gives her a strong advantage in the field. She understands how to capture moments as they happen, while also being fully present in the experience itself. This balance allows her to contribute both intuitively and visually during investigations.  

Chelsey is also the creator of Enchanted Odditorium, where she creates art using natural elements, reflecting her ongoing connection to life, death, and transformation.  

Whether she is behind the camera or in the middle of an investigation, Chelsey brings a steady, intuitive presence and a clear ability to interpret what others may not immediately understand.
